Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Mogul Biz Queen website or purchasing any services. By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Mogul Biz Queen provides business consulting, strategy, marketing, automation, CRM setup, lead-generation systems, and related done-for-you services. All deliverables, timelines, and fees are described in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or checkout page.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or illegal content.

3. Payments & Billing

• All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• One-time fees are due at checkout. Subscription or monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled according to the service agreement.
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not provided once services have begun or deliverables have been completed. Specific refund terms, if any, are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete our work, you agree to provide timely access to requested accounts, brand assets, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by missing client input may extend timelines without refund or discount.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Mogul Biz Queen retains ownership of templates, frameworks, pre-existing materials, and the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information confidential. We will not share your sensitive business details except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mogul Biz Queen's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

9. No Guarantees

We share strategies, results, and examples for illustration purposes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and your implementation.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees owed for work completed through the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
