MBQ Terms of Service – Automation Packages

By purchasing any automation package or service through MBQ, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms exist to protect your experience, our time, and the integrity of the services provided.
1. Service Scope
MBQ provides Go High Level-based automation setup, funnel strategy, email sequences, and system workflows as outlined in your purchased package. Customizations outside the scope may require a separate agreement or add-on fee.
2. Platform Requirements
All automation packages require an active Go High Level account. If you do not have one, you may use MBQ’s affiliate link to register. Clients are responsible for maintaining access and login credentials to their GHL account.
3. Access & Collaboration
You agree to provide timely access to your GHL sub-account (or invite MBQ as a user) and any necessary assets (branding, copy, product info, etc.). Delays in access may delay delivery.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are final and non-refundable. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a split-payment or custom arrangement has been made in writing. No services will be delivered until full payment or the first installment is received.
5. Turnaround Time
Typical delivery timelines range from 7–14 business days depending on the scope. Complex projects or delayed client communication may impact this timeframe.
6. Revisions
Each automation package includes one round of light revisions (text/copy or flow adjustments). Additional revisions outside the original scope or major funnel rebuilds may incur an additional fee.
7. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through MBQ (emails, workflows, copy) is for your personal business use. Redistribution, resale, or use outside your business entity is prohibited.
8. Results Disclaimer
While MBQ builds high-performing systems based on best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, or revenue. Your outcomes depend on various factors including your marketing, audience, and consistency.
9. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to cancel services or terminate the client relationship in the event of abusive communication, scope creep, or breach of these terms.
10. Support
You may email us with questions about your project. Response time is typically within 24–48 business hours. Ongoing support beyond the package timeframe is available through MBQ’s coaching or support retainers.
