Service Agreement
Effective upon checkout. Please read carefully.
1. Parties & Scope
This agreement is between Mogul Biz Queen ("MBQ", "we") and the purchaser ("Client", "you") for the social media management package selected at checkout.
2. Term & Minimum Commitment
- Starter Visibility (monthly): month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
- Growth Authority (monthly): 3-month minimum commitment. Client authorizes MBQ to charge the monthly fee for three (3) consecutive billing cycles. Cancellation before the third payment forfeits the remaining balance, which becomes immediately due.
- CEO Visibility (monthly): 3-month minimum commitment. Same terms as Growth Authority above.
- Pay-in-Full (any tier): one-time payment for 3 months of service at a 5% discount. Non-refundable after kickoff.
3. Billing
Monthly plans renew automatically on the same calendar day each month via the payment method on file. Pay-in-Full is charged once at checkout. All fees are in USD. Every invoice includes a copy of this Service Agreement. No refunds are issued for any reason.
4. Cancellation
To cancel a monthly plan after the minimum term, email hello@mogulbizqueen.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. No refunds are given for partial months.
5. Deliverables & Revisions
Deliverables are detailed on the package card. Each branded post includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide brand assets, access to social accounts, and timely feedback. Delays in approvals may shift content delivery without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Client owns all final approved deliverables. MBQ retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.
9. Limitation of Liability
MBQ's total liability under this agreement is limited to amounts paid by Client in the preceding three (3) months.
10. Acceptance
Completing checkout constitutes acceptance of this Service Agreement.
